SIP trunks created on our system can be assigned to associated rates. This lets you offer various services, such as FTTH, with a voice account and a SIP trunk with a higher call rate margin. Some FTTH providers charge a monthly recurring cost for the SIP trunk, which can help enhance your FTTH margins. SIP trunks can also be used on IP PBXs you provide to your customers and assigned a different rate sheet with lower margins as business customers tend to have higher call volumes.
For your smaller customers, our system offers basic IP PBX features, such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Follow Me (Call Forwarding), Call Transfers, Voicemail, Balance Reporting, and Callback. If additional features are required, a full IP PBX implementation will be necessary.
