Bradley Love has extensive international IT infrastructure management experience gained across diverse industries and business sectors.
After completing his studies, Love started his career in IT in 1996 working for pharmaceutical industry hardware and software solutions provider. A year later he relocated to the United Kingdom, gaining experience maintaining the 100-user network for a multi-national courier company with its head office in the United States. After honing his network experience for a number of years he progressed to supporting the WAN consisting of 150 offices worldwide. He travelled widely in this role and his responsibilities included implementing the addition of new offices to the WAN and supporting the existing infrastructure across a variety of platforms.
Three years later he moved to a software development company as the IT Infrastructure Manager where he was responsible for implementing and supporting the platforms required for the Middleware Developers and IT security.
His final year in the United Kingdom was spent in an IT consultancy with a customer base including Glaxosmith Kline, Emi Records and a number of Investment banks. The position required a variety of skills and gave him valuable insights into running a customer-centric organisation.
On his return to South Africa, Love was compelled to use his years of international experience to bring a higher level of customer service to the South African ICT market. The idea for Network Platforms was seeded and the company opened for business in 2003. Today the company provides support to companies like BCX, First Technology, Ferrari SA, Nashua Mobile, RSAWeb, ENetworks, and World Courier to name a few.
