Network Platforms implements ADSL Radius.
Network Platforms has implemented its own Radius Server, according to MD - Bradley Love, the functionality is very unique, whereby it allows DNS updates every time an ADSL connection is established. This enables Virtual Private Networks to connect without the aid of a Dynamic DNS. There are a few advantages to this, namely:
- No DDNS updates via International links.
- “Local only” ADSL accounts
- More stable VPN connection
- More control over customers’ Internet ADSL connection
- Better ADSL pricing on bandwidth
