Network Platforms has been in business since 2003 with branches operating in both Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Together with the distribution of DrayTek products, Network Platforms aims to supply companies with stable, reliable internet connectivity, domain hosting and management, email and IT Infrastructure maintenance enabling companies to advertise their products and services more effectively, communicate with their target market more efficiently and promote a proactive and professional atmosphere within the company.
Network InfrastructureÂ
Our staff here at Network Platforms have extensive experience and a broad knowledge of networking systems and products. We design, setup and maintain completely customised networks to suit the specific needs of a company. Our aim is to enhance data centralisation, data back up and power redundancy (in the case of disaster), network and data security and inter-department and inter-branch communication. Providing companies with the correct systems to suit their needs is essential to them in turn giving good service, building a great reputation and enhancing the overall feel of the company.
Hardware
Network Platforms has the sole right to distribute the DrayTek range of products in South Africa. After extensive research, testing and the long term use of many different brands of networking, internet connectivity, security and monitoring products out there, all the technicians at Network Platforms agree that Draytek is simply the best. The brand is very competitive in regards to functionality, price and durability.
Staff
Over and above our core company professionals, Network Platforms boasts a group of highly skilled personnel with international experience in the IT industry we take pride in our staff and strive to ensure our clients are getting the best possible service. To this end we also offer internal training to all our staff ensuring a high skill level.
Helpdesk
Network Platforms has a dedicated helpdesk, we use this tool to track and co-ordinate our clients’ requests, call outs, remote support tickets and general administrative queries. The helpdesk guarantees our productivity because it keeps all our client’s queries in a comprehensive, organized fashion.
Product Training
Because DrayTek products are so functional, they can be difficult for a person who has no experience with them to use them to their full potential. For this reason Network Platforms is in the process of building a training centre where we will offer in-house training exclusively to our dealers by an IT professional who has worked closely with the products and even helped develop some of them.
